From 03^rd November 2025 the way you submit medical and admin requests online via our website during our open hours will be changing. This will include appointment requests, prescriptions, test results, fit notes, and more.

All of our appointment requests will be reviewed by a clinician before we provide you with an appointment date and time or signpost you to other relevant health care professionals.

This new system ensures that all our patients have equal access to our services and allows to provide more choice. It also helps us to increase capacity and ensure that all our patients receive the right care at the right time by the right person. 

Those unable to use our website can continue to call us at 01652 648214 or 01724 700218 or visit the practice in person and our reception team will complete the form for you. We encourage everyone who can use the website to do so, ensuring our phone lines remain available for those who need them.
